Mr. Sullivan is an eminent domain and land use trial lawyer. Roger is past chair of the eminent domain committees of the American Bar Association, California State Bar and Los Angeles County Bar Association, and has also published many articles on eminent domain law including a cover article in Los Angeles Lawyer magazine. When California redrafted its comprehensive Eminent Domain Law, Roger testified in support of the legislation on behalf of the California State Bar as chair of its eminent domain committee. He also served on the American Bar Association committee that drafted the Uniform Eminent Domain Code. After service as a naval aviator, Roger obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School where he founded the St. Thomas More Law Society. Roger has served as president of Loyola’s Board of Visitors and received the law school’s Distinguished Alumni Award in 1989.
Roger has handled several hundred eminent domain trials and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Callanan practices in the area of business law with emphasis on the organization and sale of businesses, providing practical solutions to legal problems that affect new and established businesses including contracts, financing transactions, employment agreements and commercial leases. Charles is a graduate of Fordham College and received his law degree from Catholic University in 1967 where he was a member of the Law Review staff. He is licensed to practice law in both California and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Cummings is a trial lawyer, whose practice emphasizes real estate, eminent domain and business litigation. He also counsels clients on all types of real estate negotiations and transactions including issues related to purchase and sale, leases, title, deeds of trust, liens, foreclosures, broker commissions and boundary disputes. Charlie is a former member and chair of the Civil Service Commission for the City of San Gabriel. He also serves on a number of educational and charitable boards including the Advisory Board of Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. Charlie graduated cum laude from both Loyola University in 1971 and Loyola Law School in 1974, where he was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.

Mr. Kovacic concentrates his law practice in the areas of eminent domain, land use and zoning litigation. Gary served two terms as Chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Committee. He has lectured on eminent domain and planning issues at the American Planning Association’s National Planning Conference, National Zoning Institute and California Annual Conference. Since 2003, Gary has co-chaired CLE’s Annual Eminent Domain Conference in Los Angeles. From 1996 to 2006, Gary was a member of the Arcadia City Council, serving three full terms as mayor (1998-99, 2000-01, and 2004-05) and also serving as one of the Centennial Mayors in 2003. On April 8, 2008, Gary was elected to the Arcadia City Council for a new four-year term after taking a two-year term limit “time out.” He has also chaired the Arcadia Planning Commission and Santa Anita Village Architectural Review Board. Gary graduated cum laude from both UCLA in 1973 and Southwestern University School of Law in 1976, where he was a note and comment editor of the Law Review.

Mr. Dzida is a trial and appellate lawyer, whose practice emphasizes real estate, eminent domain, employment and business litigation. He also brings his practical perspective and experience as a trial lawyer to bear in negotiating agreements and contracts for the firm’s clients. Joe has published several articles about current legal issues including a cover article in Los Angeles Lawyer magazine. Joe obtained his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1976 and his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1979, where he was on the Law Review staff.

Mr. Rogers is a litigator and trial lawyer, whose primary emphasis is personal injury, medical malpractice, employment disputes and issues relating to compensation for independent sales representatives. He is a member of the Manufacturer’s Agents National Association and former president of the Harbor Bar Association. He divides his time between the firm’s main office in downtown Los Angeles and the firm’s branch office in San Pedro. Rob received his undergraduate degree from Saint Martin’s College in 1978 and his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1982, after service in the U.S. Army Rangers.

She received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in December of 2002. While at the University of Michigan, she served as an editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review and as director of the Courtyard Players.

Mr. Khachaturian received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2005. In 2001, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, where he was a four-year oarsman on the UC Irvine Varsity Crew Team. He also worked in Washington D.C. as an intern for Congressman James Rogan while in college. Mr. Khachaturian is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California.

Mr. Workman heads the firm’s trusts, wills, estates and probate practice, is one of the firm’s appellate lawyers, and also handles eminent domain and land use trials. He received his undergraduate degree from USC, where he captained the school’s first national championship baseball team, and received his law degree from Loyola Law School. Henry came to the firm after service in the military, six years as a professional baseball player (including a short stint with the New York Yankees) and three years as a deputy in the California Attorney General’s office concentrating on eminent domain litigation.

As a former Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service, Mr. O’Sullivan brings a practical approach and perspective to his sophisticated tax, estate planning and probate practice. After military service in Europe in World War II, Ed received his undergraduate degree from USC and his law degree from Loyola Law School.

After decades as the senior partner of the prominent Bodkin, McCarthy law firm in Los Angeles, Mr. Bodkin joined Sullivan, Workman & Dee, LLP as a litigator and trial attorney. He has served as a trustee of Loyola Marymount University and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, president of the Board of Water and Power Commissioners of the City of Los Angeles, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Conference of Delegates of the California State Bar. Grat received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University and law degree from Loyola Law School.

Mr. Dolle has concentrated his legal practice in the areas of eminent domain and inverse condemnation litigation for over 35 years. He received his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Southern California. He has served as chief trial counsel in numerous major eminent domain and inverse condemnation jury trials involving property in California, Texas and Nevada. He has represented property and business owners and governmental agencies in eminent domain actions involving a wide range of properties and property interests. He has also acquired significant experience in the valuation of special use properties such as churches, schools, landfills, and airports. Mr. Dolle’s practice also includes initiating legislation at the local, state and federal levels on behalf of clients. He is the author of many articles on the subjects of eminent domain and inverse condemnation, and often lectures on these subjects before legal and appraisal organizations. Mr. Dolle is a member of the California Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
