Mr. Callanan practices in the area of business law with emphasis on the organization and sale of businesses, providing practical solutions to legal problems that affect new and established businesses including contracts, financing transactions, employment agreements and commercial leases. Charles is a graduate of Fordham College and received his law degree from Catholic University in 1967 where he was a member of the Law Review staff. He is licensed to practice law in both California and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Cummings is a business transactional, litigation and trial lawyer. Charlie is a former member and chair of the Civil Service Commission for the City of San Gabriel. He also serves on a number of educational and charitable boards including the Advisory Board of Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. Charlie graduated cum laude from both Loyola University in 1971 and Loyola Law School in 1974, where he was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.

Mr. Dzida is a business trial lawyer and litigator. He also brings his practical perspective and experience as a trial lawyer to bear in negotiating business agreements and contracts for the firm’s clients. Joe formerly served as an arbitrator on the panel of the American Arbitration Association and has published several articles about current legal issues including a cover article in Los Angeles Lawyer magazine. Joe obtained his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1976 and his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1979, where he was on the Law Review staff.

Mr. Rogers is a business litigator and trial lawyer, who also counsels business clients and negotiates and drafts business agreements. He serves as a mediator in business and employment disputes, and is a former president of the Harbor Bar Association. He divides his time between the firm’s main office in downtown Los Angeles and the firm’s branch office in San Pedro. Rob received his undergraduate degree from Saint Martin’s College in 1978 and his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1982, after service in the U.S. Army Rangers.

Ms. McCreary is a business litigator and transactional attorney. She received her undergraduate degree in Japanese Studies, with honors, from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 2000. She received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in December of 2002. While at the University of Michigan, she served as an editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review and as director of the Courtyard Players.

Danny graduated from Loyola Law School in 2001, where he served as a Staff Writer and an Articles Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. In 1998, Danny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University where he double majored in History and Political Science.

Ms. Tanibata negotiates and drafts business agreements and contracts. Sheri is a graduate of UCLA and received her law degree from Loyola Law School.
Of Counsel

As a former Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service, Mr. O’Sullivan brings a practical approach and perspective to business tax issues. After military service in Europe in World War II, Ed received his undergraduate degree from USC and his law degree from Loyola Law School.
