Mr. Cummings is one of the firm’s environmental litigators. Charlie is a former member and chair of the Civil Service Commission for the City of San Gabriel. He also serves on a number of educational and charitable boards including the Advisory Board of Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. Charlie graduated cum laude from both Loyola University in 1971 and Loyola Law School in 1974, where he was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.

Mr. Dzida is one of the firm’s CEQA lawyers and is an experienced environmental litigator. Joe has published several articles about current legal issues including a cover article in Los Angeles Lawyer magazine. Joe obtained his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1976 and his law degree from Loyola Law School in 1979, where he was on the Law Review staff.

Ms. McCreary is a CEQA and environmental litigator and transactional attorney. She received her undergraduate degree in Japanese Studies, with honors, from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 2000. She received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in December of 2002. While at the University of Michigan, she served as an editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review and as director of the Courtyard Players.
Of Counsel

Mr. Workman is one of the firm’s CEQA lawyers. He received his undergraduate degree from USC, where he captained the school’s first national championship baseball team, and received his law degree from Loyola Law School. Henry came to the firm after service in the military, six years as a professional baseball player (including a short stint with the New York Yankees) and three years as a deputy in the California Attorney General’s office concentrating on eminent domain litigation.
