Robert H. Rogers
Partner Mr. Rogers is a personal injury and medical malpractice litigator and trial lawyer, and a mediator in employment and other disputes. He is a member of the Manufacturer’s Agents National Association and former president of the Harbor Bar Association. He divides his time between the firm’s main office in downtown Los Angeles and the firm’s branch office in San Pedro. Rob received his undergraduate degree from Saint Martin’s College in 1978 and his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1982, after service in the U.S. Army Rangers.
Karyn A. McCreary
Partner Ms. McCreary is a personal injury and medical malpractice litigator. She also advises the firm’s clients on employment issues. She received her undergraduate degree in Japanese Studies, with honors, from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon in 2000. She received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in December of 2002. While at the University of Michigan, she served as an editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review and as director of the Courtyard Players.
D. Daniel Pranata
Partner Mr. Pranata is a personal injury and medical malpractice litigator. Danny graduated from Loyola Law School in 2001, where he served as a Staff Writer and an Articles Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. In 1998, Danny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University where he double majored in History and Political Science.
