Sullivan, Workman & Dee, LLP, has a track record of experience and success in appeals to both state and federal appellate courts. By preparing persuasive written briefs and making forceful legal arguments, our lawyers have both preserved and expanded the rights of clients in evolving areas of the law. In appropriate situations, and with our clients’ consent, we have also filed amicus curiae (“friend of the court”) briefs in cases that may generally affect our clients’ interests, even though they are not parties to the underlying dispute.
